These terms govern your use of the Birmingham Courier Services website and the BCS Driver mobile application. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

Accounts are provided for our clients and drivers to arrange, carry out and track deliveries. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account.

Drivers and the mobile app

The BCS Driver app is provided to authorised drivers for managing assigned jobs, capturing proof of delivery and sharing location for live tracking while on shift. Drivers must hold the appropriate licences and comply with all road traffic laws. Do not interact with the app while driving.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or suspend features for maintenance or improvement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will be published on this page.
